Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the supply and installation of window furnishings (including blinds, curtains, shutters and awnings) by Nice Blinds QLD Pty Ltd. By accepting a quotation or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices are based on the measurements and specifications recorded at the time of quoting. Final pricing may change if the scope, product, or measurements change.

2. Orders and deposits

A 50% deposit is required to confirm an order. As products are custom-made to your measurements, deposits are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced. The balance is payable upon installation.

3. Measurements

Where we take the measurements, we are responsible for their accuracy. Where measurements are supplied by you, you are responsible for their accuracy, and remakes due to incorrect customer-supplied measurements will be charged.

4. Manufacturing and lead times

Custom products are manufactured to order. Indicative installation occurs approximately 2–3 weeks after order confirmation, subject to product availability and supplier lead times. Awnings and certain shutters are supplied by third-party manufacturers, and timeframes may vary.

5. Installation

Installation is included where stated in your quotation. You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the installation site. Additional charges may apply for difficult access or site conditions not disclosed at the time of quoting.

6. Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice.

7. Warranty

Our products and workmanship are covered by warranties as provided by us and our suppliers, and by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear.

8. Cancellations

As products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or resupply of the affected products or services.
